2. Hand-Crafted & Custom Merchandise Disclaimers
- Minor Paint Variances: All K.K figures are hand-assembled and individually hand-painted. Microscopic imperfections, slight color gradient variations, or tiny air bubbles in resin are evidence of artisanal hand-craftsmanship and shall not be deemed defective under any circumstances.
- Lighting Discrepancies: Product color tones displayed on your digital display monitor may vary slightly from physical objects under natural ambient light due to screen calibration and RGB display protocols.
- Fragility Notice: Custom resin figures are display art pieces, not impact-resistant toys. Damage caused by dropping, improper assembly, UV sun discoloration from window sill placement, or curious household pets is entirely the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Order Processing & Cancellation Policy
Orders enter automated fulfillment preparation immediately upon submission. Cancellations or alterations to shipping address details must be submitted within precisely 60 minutes of checkout confirmation. Once a tracking number is registered, orders cannot be cancelled, diverted, or modified under any circumstances.
4. Shipping, Customs Duties, & Import Regulations
- Shipping Carrier Methods: Delivery timeframes for EMS, Airmail, and Air Mail - Goods are estimated transit ranges provided by postal logistics companies and do not guarantee hard arrival dates.
- Customs Fees & Taxes: International buyers are solely responsible for all import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), tariff clearing charges, and regional processing fees imposed by destination customs agencies.
- Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address input, uncollected customs notices, or failure to accept delivery, the original shipping fees will be forfeited and deducted from any potential shop credit refund.
5. Refunds, Exchanges, & Claims Protocol
Due to the limited-edition nature of custom figure drops, all sales are considered final upon delivery confirmation. In the rare event that an item arrives structurally damaged in transit:
- The Customer must contact support within 48 hours of carrier delivery timestamp.
- Uncut, unedited video footage recorded during the unboxing process showing the original sealed box and shipping label must be submitted as evidence.
- Items returned without prior authorization code will be rejected at the warehouse receiver.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall K.K Figure Shop, its artists, founders, or shipping partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, display, or handling of our merchandise. Total aggregated liability shall not exceed the physical purchase price paid for the single item in dispute.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with standard international commerce regulations. Any legal claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled through binding individual arbitration rather than court proceedings.
